Preparation of Detailed Project including Design & Estimates, Tender Document and Project Management Consultancy for Water Supply, Storm Drain, Sewerage, Pipeline Network and Roads for NIT area (Phase-II) in 46 clusters under JnNURM.

Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) as four divisional offices in Nagpur i.e. North, South, West & East. The sanctioned layouts falling under the Gunthewari Scheme (572+1900 layouts category) are located in the above four divisions. From the point of ease in implementation of the basic infrastructural works, the sanctioned layouts (572+1900 layouts category) are dubbed in to Clusters. In Phase-11 of the “Basic Infrastructural Development Project”, 10 Clusters are selected from NIT for development of basic civic infrastructure for under developed layouts meant for LIG & MIG populations of Nagpur City (Phase-I) under JNNURM i.e. Water Supply, Sewerage, Storm Water, Drainage, Roads, Street Lighting and Development Works etc. M/s Dinesh Rathi &Associates (now DRA Consultants Pvt. Ltd.) is Consultant to NIT for Water Supply, Sewerage, Storm Water, Drainage, Roads, Street Lighting and Development Works for above said Project.
