Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) was launched by the MoUD, Govt. of India for Provision of basic services (e.g. water supply, sewerage, urban transport) to households and build amenities in cities to improve the quality of life for all, especially the poor and the disadvantaged by creating better infrastructure. The State Urban Development Agency (SUDA), Chhattisgarh is to implement the urban development program in the cities / state and needs handholding support services of expert team for different project activities for preparation of Appraisal and other notes of DPR/ reform implementation. M/s DRA Consultants Pvt. Ltd is a Handholding Support Agency (H.S.A) appointed by SUDA for providing handholding support & Technical Assistance to SUDA for Project Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation of Project, Reform Implementation Support, Appraisal of reports like SLIP, SAAP, DPR etc. The Thrust Areas are:
i. water supply,
ii. sewerage facilities and septage management,
iii. storm water drains to reduce flooding,
iv. pedestrian, non-motorized and public transport facilities, parking spaces, and enhancing amenity value of cities by creating and upgrading green spaces, parks and recreation centers, especially for children,
v. Development of Parks
