Compressed Air Audit & Rationalization

DRA has been providing consultancy services in Cement Plants since its inception in 1990. More than two decades now DRA has built strong relation with its clients and has been their first choice. The main objective of compressed air audit is to study the “Supply”, “Transmission” & “Demand” of particular compressed air system. The audit of existing compressed air system includes volumetric efficiency test of compressors, leakage test, study of existing piping layout (Schematic), comments & suggestion for improvement of existing system without any investment (i.e. Quick Savings).

Rationalization of compressed air systems in a cement plant is carried in order to optimize the system. After audit of cement plants a lot of design irregularities are observed that result in excessive use of compressed air and cooling water along with energy wastage. Rationalization is recommended because it offers the many advantages.
